Test on Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge
- Create a new site
- Enable the "Publish as LTI tool" enrolment plugin via Site administration > Plugins > Enrolments > Manage enrolment plugins
- Go to Site admin > Plugins > Enrolments > Publish as LTI tool > Tool registration
- Create a new registration, enter any name in the text field and continue.
- Verify you can see the URLs (or at least part of them) in the form field as in the following image:

Registration URL are not visible in latest version of Safari 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13).See attached image.
Might be larger issue with flex width on Safari on other screens.
