Test on Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge

Create a new site

Enable the "Publish as LTI tool" enrolment plugin via Site administration > Plugins > Enrolments > Manage enrolment plugins

Go to Site admin > Plugins > Enrolments > Publish as LTI tool > Tool registration

Create a new registration, enter any name in the text field and continue.

Verify you can see the URLs (or at least part of them) in the form field as in the following image:

Registration URL are not visible in latest version of Safari 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13).See attached image.

Might be larger issue with flex width on Safari on other screens.
