Log in as administrator

Navigate to Reports in the user menu

Press New report button

Set any report name.

Set Report source to "Courses"

Press Save

Press Close to return to the "Custom reports" list

Confirm that the action menu is aligned to the right

Currently every actions cog icon is aligned to the left side in the reports tables:

That icon should be aligned to the right side everywhere:
