Moodle 4.0 Activity and Resource icons fail to meet minimum colour contrast requirements

      With the exception of the BigBlueButton icon, most of the activity and resource icons included with Moodle 4.0 fail to meet accessibility guidelines.

      Results of the colour contrast tests as well as some suggestions.
