Cannot link to image in Atto in Moodle 4.0

      Previously -see screenshot Moodle 3.11 image - you could upload an image, for example into a Text (HTML) block, select it and link to the image.
      Now I cannot see how to do this since it requires text - see screenshot Moodle 4.0 image and even if you don't add text yourself, Moodle will then add the URL you are trying to link to. Then when you save, you have lost the original image and only the URL displays.

      Presumably you can do this via code but many teachers won't know how to do that.
