Log in as teacher (t1)

Open course Announcements forum

Go to settings, open Ratings

Aggregate type: Average of ratings

Scale

Type: Scale

Scale: Default competence scale

Save changes

Add new discussion topic

View new discussion

Press the help icon next to Average of ratings

Confirm the popup opens showing only information about the current scale, without other page elements (navigation, sidebars, etc)

Description

As noticed on the QA testing site e.g. https://qa.moodledemo.net/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=2 (log in as a student or teacher), if you click to open the forum ratings help popup, the window contains primary and secondary navigation, the icon to open the course index and a page footer. It should only contain information about the rating scale.
