Enable option"Require moderator approval before joining"

Dear all,

First of all congratulations for the great work with the BBB Project!

We would like to suggest enabling the option "Require moderator approval before joining" when creating and configuring a BBB session with the BigBlueButtonBN plugin. 

This feature would be very useful for our teachers. They usually do "oral exams" one to one to a whole class. The student being examined gets access to the session while the others wait. 

I see this feature in Greenlight but not with the plugin
