Error thrown when accessing the BBB settings page in site administration

When attempting to access the BBB's settings page in site administration the following error is being thrown:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Site administration > Plugins > Manage activities
3. Click on the Settings link for the BBB plugin
