When using advanced grading and after a grade has been issued when returning to the assignment as a student you must scroll past the entire grading criteria before reviewing the actual feedback (which also contains the grading criteria) 

I suggest making the Grading Criteria collapsible how the "Online text and links" section of the table has the option
