Support additional metadata in thirdpartylibs.xml

      2. Go to Site administration > Development > Third party libraries.
      3. Confirm the page loads without any errors. You can also compare the content with an instance without the patch to confirm it's exactly the same.

      • a description
      • whether is customised or not
      • whether it can still be upgradable or not.

      This will enable several things:
