Make sure bigbluebutton plugin is enabled

Navigate to "Site administration > Plugins"

Ensure you can see BigBlueButton settings tree in the Activity modules section

Navigate to General settings for BigBlueButton

Ensure you can see the settings and URL is admin/settings.php?section=modsettingbigbluebuttonbn

Navigate to admin/modules.php and click on settings link for BigBlueButton

Ensure you can see the settings and URL is admin/settings.php?section=modsettingbigbluebuttonbn
