Report builder UI not always responding

Test in as many platform/browser combinations as reasonably possible (Behat covers most, try MacOS)

Setup

1. Log in as admin
2. Navigate to Reports in user menu
3. Create new report
   • Report source: Users
   • Include default setup: No

Using mouse

1. Open Conditions in the editor
2. Press Select a condition...
3. Press Surname in list of conditions
4. Confirm the User > Surname condition is added to the report
5. Open Filters in the editor
6. Press Select a filter...
7. Press Country in list of filters
8. Confirm the User > Country filter is added to the report

Using keyboard

1. Open Conditions in the editor
2. Tab to the Select a condition... field
3. Press down to select City/town
4. Press enter
5. Confirm the User > City/town condition is added to the report
6. Open Filters in the editor
7. Tab to the Select a filter... field
8. Press down to select First name
9. Press enter
10. Confirm the User > First name filter is added to the report
