Fix colour contrast issues on the course homepage

      1. Install axe DevTools extension on Chrome/Firefox
      2. Log in as an admin and create a course
      3. Go to the course homepage and turn editing mode on.
      4. Run axe DevTools
      5. Confirm that you don't see any issues related to colour contrast regarding the add buttons.
