Discussion Board - Additional Feedback Box Size is too small

When a student is looking at their grade on a Discussion Board and has Additional Feedback, the box only displays 1 ish line of text.  The scroll arrow jumps almost 1.5-2 lines, therefore it doesn't easily display the entire feedback while scrolling.  If you happen to have a touchpad, you can use your two fingers to scroll smoothly, thus displaying the entire feedback text little by little.  This is proving to be very cumbersome with a lengthy additional feedback text.
