VideoJS player "loading" spinner is misaligned in RTL mode

      1. Create a new page resource with the following as it's content:

      2. View the page activity
      3. Open browser developer tools to the "Network" tab
      4. Throttle the speed down to "Slow 3G"
      5. Press the play button
        1. Note the location of the spinner and how it is centred around the play button
      6. Switch langauge to Hebrew
      7. View the page activity
      8. Open browser developer tools to the "Network" tab
      9. Throttle the speed down to "Slow 3G"
      10. Press the play button
        1. Note the location of the spinner and how it is centred around the play button

      When in RTL mode, and clicking the "Play" button, a "loading..." spinner circle image appear in the middle of the video, but it is misaligned with the animated spinner in RTL mode. see attached screen capture  and also: https://school.moodledemo.net/mod/page/view.php?id=780&lang=he
