The quiz description is not shown to the students, when the safe exam browser option in quiz setting is active.

Classic and boost theme are affected.

To reproduce:

Add a new quiz activity inside the course
Write some text inside the quiz description field (e.g. Lorem ipsum text...)
Set the "Require the use of Safe Exam Browser" Setting to "yes ...."
Save and display the quiz
Change the role to "Students" role
