4.0 regressions
Prior to Moodle 4, we had the ability to slightly structure activities within a section my moving them one step right or left. This created an illusion of hierarchy and was the only way not to create a linear list of activities.
This is now gone in Moodle 4 and I consider this is a big regression. I'd love to see it come back.
