Description

During the late stages of ~~MDL-20636~~ (done in Moodle 2.1!) some key concepts in the code were renamed. However, it seems that the question_attempt_step_subquestion_adapter class was not fully updated at the time. I noticed this while working on ~~MDL-74752~~, and now that we have spotted it, it should be fixed.
