The All courses filter does not show events from all courses on the calendar, if previously the calendar has been filtered to show an individual course with no events for the month

Prerequisites

• A user enrolled on two courses
• Course 1 has events scheduled in the current month
• Course 2 has no events scheduled for the current month

Steps to recreate

• Log in as teacher
• Go to Dashboard then Calendar
• Filter to Course 1, calendar displays events occurring this month
• Filter to Course 2, calendar shows no events occurring this month
• Filter to show All Courses

Expect: the calendar shows the events occurring for Course 1 that month
Actual: the calendar shows no events
