Page enrol/index.php should not have secondary navigation

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. In the drop down menu, select "Enrolment methods"
      4. Enable Self enrolment (Student) if not enabled and click the cog to "Edit Settings".
      5. Set a "Enrolment key" and save changes.
      6. Login as student and go to this course page
      7. Make sure the enrolment page has limited width and does not display secondary navigation.

      Page enrol/index.php should not have secondary navigation

      It only has one item "Course" and it redirects back to the enrolment page.
      Interesting that in some cases it also has "Enrol me in this course" item that also redirects to the same page. Also it appears only for paypal but not for guest access with password.

      It also has the name of the course - "Activity examples" in this case - displayed twice
