Add retention time for read messages

When the message tables get very full of read messages it can slow down the message interface. Instead of having to clean up old read messages directly in the database, it would be nice if there was an admin setting that you can set for how long to keep read messages. That way you can set it for say 365 days after a message is read and the cron will automatically clean them up.
