Make sure you are using the Boost theme

Navigate into any course

Turn editing on

Click the "pencil" quick inline edit icon next to any module's name

Make sure the editing (blue) tooltip is right aligned with the beginning of the input textbox

Description

The change that's done in ~~MDL-57013~~ is no longer needed and they should be removed.
