Confirm Latest announcements block contains two posts:

The post made by the since deleted user should show Deleted user as the author

The post made by the admin user should show Admin User as the author

The block Latest announcements lists a number of posts made by users at course or site level, including the author's name.

When an author's account is deleted, the forum updates to display 'This forum post has been removed' and 'Deleted user'.

The block, however, still lists this user's name. This may cause privacy issues among other things.
