Server side confirmation prompts should have the action button on the right

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a new user
      3. Navigate to Users > Permissions > Site administrators in site administration
      4. Select user and press Add
      5. Confirm the confirmation prompt shows the buttons ordered [ Cancel, Continue ]
      6. Press Continue
      7. Confirm new admin was added
      8. Select the new admin and press Remove
      9. Confirm the confirmation prompt shows the buttons ordered [ Cancel, Continue ]
      10. Press Cancel
      11. Confirm new admin was not removed
