Allow result of aggregated column to be filtered in custom reports

      e.g. I create the following report:

      I want to add a condition and/or filter on the aggregated User > Username column (currently showing count of users in cohort), for example to show all empty cohorts. There'd be many more helpful applications that this trivial example
