Add description to Database activity presets

      These testing instructions only check the features uncovered by behat.

      Setup

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a course.
      3. Add a database activity (with the default configuration).
      4. Create one field (it can be from any type and have any name).

      Testing instructions

      1. Access the database activity and go to the "Templates" tab.
      2. Click the "Export preset" button.
      3. Check a .zip file is downloaded.
      4. Extract the .zip file and check it contains several files (a few template HTMLs, CSS, JS...). 
      5. Open preset.xml.
      6. Check it contains a description element (which should be empty).

      As a teacher
      I want to add a description to my Database activity presets
      so I could describe better the purpose or use case or the preset

      We should add some description information to the preset setup (probably to preset.xml, but it needs some research) to make the preset easier to understand and describe the purpose of the preset and the proposed use cases.

      • This new description shouldn't be required because the existing third-party database preset plugins and saved presets don't have it.
      • The description couldn't contain HTML code.
