Question bank: add a last-used column

      Set up

      1. Create a course (Course 1)
      2. Go to the course question bank
      3. Create 2 True/False questions
      4. Create a quiz
      5. Add those questions to the quiz
      6. Add the created questions to the quiz
      7. Create a new user
      8. Enroll the user in the course as a student
      9. Log in as the user
      10. Attempt the quiz

      Actual test

      1. Log in as the site administrator
      2. Navigate the Course 1 question bank
      3. Confirm that the questions in the question bank have used the last used column as today's date

      Create a new question bank column which will show when the question was last attempted by a student. This tracker will also implement a filterable object for the last used column.
