Hide date of additional files uploaded date in assignment

      1. As an administrator go to "Site administration > Appearance > Themes > {your theme}"
      2. Click on the "Advanced settings" tab
      3. Add the following css rule: 

        .fileuploadsubmissiontime {
        		 
            display: none;
        		 
        }

      Students get confused with the uploaded date next to the additional files of the assignment activity. They think this has to do with the submission date.

      To avoid this issue, it would be great to have the option to hide it as hiding last modified date of pages on site admin. A checkbox below the additional files box in the assignment activity would be ideal though.

      To reproduce the issue:

      1. Create an assignment activity
      2. Add an additional file
      3. Log in as a student
      4. The uploaded date of the additional file is displayed next to the file
