WHAT I EXPECTED

In Moodle 3.8 if you upload a MultiSCO SCORM content you can see the side menu and the navigation buttons working properly.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

In Moodle 3.11.8 and Moodle 4.0.2 this is not working any more. The side menu is hidden and the buttons don't response to any click.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

• Create a course
• Create new SCORM activity with the setting OPEN IN A NEW WINDOW selected.
• Open the activity pressing ENTER
• Now you can see that the side menu is not displayed and navigation buttons at the bottom are not working.

The browser console launch a lot of errors... tested in Chrome Latest and Edge Latest.
