When the initial development of the PBI has been completed this issue will track time for both the Peer review and any subsequent development.

Once the PBI has been sent to integration, component lead review or attached to the parent issue as a feature branch this issue can be closed.

If this work happens to sprawl across sprints, then this issue should be closed upon sprint completion and unused time estimation carried over to a new dev issue linked to the parent PBI such as this issue. The current time estimation on this issue should not change.
