"Width in list view" is ignored for the picture field type of the Database activity

      Manual test

      It would be nice to follow the manual testing instructions to confirm the size of the picture for the list view is correct 

      1- Go to any course with an admin user and activate the "edit mode"
      2- Create a database activity (Add the name and leave the rest of the fields as default)
      3- Go to the tab "Fields" of the database and add a new field of type "Picture" 
          a) Add "Filed name" : "test"
          b) Add "Width in single view": 500
          c) Add "Width in list view": 50
          d) Click on the button "Add"

      4- Go to "Templates" tab and save the template as default
      5- Go to "Database" tab, and "add entry"
          a) Upload a picture
          b) Save

      6) The single view will be display as default, select "List view"

      Result: 
      The Test picture added before will be reseized to 50px

      Steps to reproduce it:

      1. Create a database activity.
      2. Add a Picture field and set:
        • Width in single view to 300
        • Width in list view to 50
      3. Go to templates (to generate the templates).
      4. Add an entry with an image.
      5. Go to the List view.

      Expected behaviour: the image is smaller in the list view than in the single view.

      Current behaviour: the image is always displayed with the size defined for the single view.

       

      In 4.0 is working as expected, so it seems a regression from the database project.
