Quiz activity name no longer being displayed in quiz landing page when using Safe Exam Browser

    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Create a quiz, set "Require the use of Safe Exam Browser" to "Yes - Configure manually"
      2. Add a question to the quiz
      3. Log in as a student
      4. Go to the quiz

      What happens:

      • In 3.11 and below, the quiz name is also being displayed
      • After 4.0, only the course name is displayed. The quiz name is no longer displayed.

      I think that it's a side effect of the 4.0 navigation changes. It would probably be helpful to display the quiz name to ensure that quiz takers are on the correct quiz.
