LTI 1.3 No handler found error

Hello there,

We are a tool provider for multiple institutions using Moodle and use LTI 1.3 to integrate with it. We are experiencing a lot of errors on our server, this error occured when we try to fetch a line items, The response return

We've tried to reproduce this in our local environment but no luck. We would like to better understand why this error happened with one of our clients, do you have any suggestion what we can do to get closer to the sources of the problem and solve it ?

The admin also informed us that they’re on version 3.11+ Build: 20210701,
