cannot see rubric display properly while grading.

This happened with both a rubric attached to an assignment imported into Moodle 4.0

and when I created a rubric in advanced grading within Moodle 4.0. 

In order to see the rubric, I need to reduce my font by 50% in my pc windows display settings. But then I cannot read the written assignments by students (font is too small).

Problem may be that rubric display while grading does not display scroll bars as in the past.
