Not able to see feedback responses in Site pages -> Feedback. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Home
2. Click 'Edit settings on'
3. In 'Main menu' click 'Add an activity or resource'
4. Select 'Feed back' (This will be created inside Home -> 'Site pages')
5. After creating sample questions and submitting answers, if we click view responses there is no option to see the responses

The information displayed to teachers and admins should be consistent (in MDL-77039 there are some screenshots with the existing behaviour, which is confusing).
