    Description

I wanted to see if anyone has had a play with LTI 1.3 connecting it to linkedIn learning.

their documentation suggests far greater transfer of data and functionality:

        1. Deep Linking: allows course creators to easily select and configure the content displayed to learners. For example, creators can configure a link that will launch a specific segment from a video, rather than displaying the full video and asking students to manually find the segment, saving time for both teachers and students.
        1. Assignments and Grades: syncs grades, progress, and comments from multiple sources into an LMS platform’s gradebook, reducing faculty effort and any potential errors.
        1. Names and Roles Provisioning: securely shares course roster and enrolment information. This enables admins and instructors to access reports on student activity within the tool, such as which enrolled students have or have not started an activity.

      Link to documentation

I met with one of linkedin learning's (LIL) technical consultants and they were unable to show me how this works in practice connected to Moodle.  They suggested that talk to someone at Moodle.

Has anyone else been playing with this?  have you managed to do any any of things outlined above?  All i have managed is to deep link to a course.  I can't seem to get activity completion to mark as complete on when sign posting to content on LIL,  I cannot see what students are watching, track progress  on Moodle or LIL.
