We recently upgraded to Moodle 4.0.3 and used the conversion utility to migrate H5P to H5P Activities.

This worked great on the development server, however on the production server, the H5P Activities are there, but the title doesn't show up, as per the screenshot.

I've swopped the theme out with no luck.

Worth noting:  

On Dev, the course shows up as "Edit Topic"
On Prod, the course shows up as "Edit Section"

• even though it's a copy of the same database.

Any indication on where one might hunt this down would be greatly appreciated.
