We discovered this issue when one of our teachers was unable to listen to his students' recordings in an assignment repository. This teacher was using his iPad.

We tested on an iPhone with iOS 16.0. 

Here is an example on Safari and Chrome

The issue does not reoccur when using a Mac with Safari or Chrome.

Here are the steps to reproduce this issue:
1- Create an assignment repository allowing audio recordings from the text editor.
2- Ask one of your students to give you an assignment with audio recordings created from the text editor.
3- Take an iPad or iPhone as a teacher.
4- Choose the Safari browser to go to the homework repository.
5- Try to listen to the recordings of your students.
6- You should not be able to listen to them, because the counter is at 0.
7- Repeat these same steps with another browser on your mobile device.
