Class datasource does not set persistent for conditions

Class \core_reportbuilder\datasource has methods get_active_columns(), get_active_filters() and get_active_conditions()

They all are similar but get_active_conditions() for some reason does not set the persistent for the objects it returns making it inconsistent with the other methods
