Issue
We use Storyline Articulate scorm modules and when students use the ENTER/RETURN button in their textboxes the module will restart when the student STOPS the activity as long as the cmi.core.lesson_status is in Incomplete. 

When the student get's cmi.core.lesson_status Passed, there are no problems. 

We have tried the same on SCORM Cloud and different LMS systems, but could not reproduce the same error. Which seems to us is something with Moodle.

Steps:

1. Upload SCORM 1.2 publication published in Storyline Artculate with at least 1 text box. 
   
2. Start the SCORM 1.2 player as a student. 
3. Put in a text with ENTER/RETURN key, don't forget to submit 
   

1. Stop the activity (ensure you don't complete the activity!) 
2. Check as a teacher/manager if you see suspend.data in the SCORM report of the student. You should see data. 
   
3. student restarts the module and find themselve at the very beginning of the scorm.
4. Check in the SCORM report, and confirm if you can still see the same suspend.data. 
5. students continues with module
6. Check in the scorm report, and confirm the suspend.data is differently
