Recycle bin - Restore multiple files

Would be useful to have an option in the course recycle bin to select multiple files by clicking 'Select all' option to restore all deleted items in the recycle bin at the same time. Currently, it is only possible to restore 1 file each at a time.

Addition of such a function would/could be helpful for admins in the future to restore multiple file from the recycle bin during mass deletions.
