Label / text and media resource should not have a 'Mark as done' button

    • MOODLE_400_STABLE, MOODLE_401_STABLE

      The default setting for a new label for Completion tracking is ON.

      For most use cases for label this makes no sense.

      I suggest to switch it of by default.

      Test instructions:

      Create a course

      Settings, completion tracking,  Enable  -> yes

      Add a label to the course page

      -> label will have completion tracking switched on.

      Desired behaviour: completion tracking off by default.
