Remove old code that was used for supporting the mobile app

    Description

      Since BigBlueButtonBN was integrated into Moodle 4.0, the Moodle Mobile App team has been working on updates to the very app, so the functionality is supported by the app itself.

      In the current version (Moodle 4.0), the old code is still there as part of the plugin. Ideally should be removed in Moodle 4.1 4.2.
