As admin 1- Create a new course  2- Inside the new course create a new database activity 3- Create new database fields     a) Inside the new database activity access to the "fields" tab     b) Open the selectbox where it says "Create a new field"     c) Select one fieldtype, fill the required information and save it.      NOTE: Create more than one field, and also add a different field type 4- Go to Database  Expected behavior No errors are shown!
