Navigate to Users > User profile fields in site administration

Press Create a new profile category

Confirm modal form opens

Enter Category name and press Save changes

Confirm category is created

Press Edit for new profile category

Change Category name and press Save changes

Confirm category is updated

Description

When I click the "create new Profile Category" in the user profile fields section nothing happens
