Log in as a teacher and go to a course in which you are a teacher.

Go to Participants > Enrolment methods then edit one click on the 'Enrol user' icon for manual enrolment

In the manage manual enrolments page

Verify that the page has breadcrumbs which include a link 'Enrolment methods' and 'Manage manual enrolments' (not a link in boost)

Verify that the page heading text says "Manage manual enrolments"

Click on the 'Enrolment methods' link in the breadcrups

Verify that you are redirected back to the 'Enrolment methods' page

Discovered by lsansone while testing ~~MDLQA-17341~~.

Talking with Geshoski, there should be a way for users to navigate back to the enrolment methods page after adding/managing manual enrolments.

Flagging this as must fix since the QA test above is failed.
