The profiling URL link on the breadcrumbs summary page is not clickable on the Boost theme

      Prerequisites:

      1. To have the xhprof or tideways php extension installed and available.
      2. To have the "dot" executable available.

      Testing Instructions:

      1. Apply the patch
      2. Log in as Admin
      3. Go to Site Admin > Development > Profiling
      4. Enable Profiling
      5. Fill in the Profile These with /course/view.php
      6. Save changes
      7. View the course page
      8. Go to Site Admin > Development > Profiling Runs
      9. CONFIRM that you see /course/view.php on the URL column
      10. Click one of the URLs to go to the Summary of Last Run page
      11. CONFIRM. On the Breadcrumb (nav links), you see /course/view.php, and it's clickable
      12. CONFIRM. Click /course/view.php, and you will redirect to Profiling runs for /course/view.php.

      You are using the Boost theme. 

      When you go to Profiling Summary of Last Run in the Site Administration >> Development >> Profiling Runs > Summary. You will see a list of URLs that you have profiled, and then if you click an arrow next right to one of the URLs, you will get a page with the runs for that URL only. In the breadcrumb, the link of the Runs URL is not clickable. The expected result is clickable (same as the Classic theme).
