General styling impovements to the Grader report

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a course
      3. Enrol 5 students in the course (Student1 to Student5)
      4. Create 5 assignments in the course
        • Assignment1 to Assignment3: with the 'scale' grade type
        • Asignment4 and Assignment5: with the 'point' grade type
      5. Mark all assignments for Student1 and Student2
      6. Go to the Gradebook setup in the course (Grades > Gradebook setup)
      7. Create a few grade categories (make sure that some of them are nested)
      8. Create a few grade items within the categories.
      9. Go to the grader report.
      10. Switch the editing mode on
      11. For Student1 and in Assignment1:
        1. Override the grade with another grade
        2. Lock the grade
        3. Hide the grade
      12. Repeat the above step for Student1 and in Assignment3
      13. Confirm the following:
        1. user details and grade items are vertically aligned at the top
        2. scale grades are left-aligned
        3. numerical grades are right-aligned
        4. state icons follow the alignment of their respective grade type
        5. state icons don't break into multiple lines
        6. there's a white background on every content row
        7. state icons are displayed at the bottom of their table cells

      Summary:

      Based on the figma prototype the aim of this issue is to apply general styling improvements to the Grader report table following the similar UI patterns as in the User and Single view report.

      The goal is to build a more consistent UI within the gradebook reports.

      1. Styling improvements to the Grader report table as defined on the figma prototype.
