As admin go to Site administration > Development

Enable 'Display debug messages', 'Performance info' and 'Show page information' settings.

Create a course with a database activity.

Go to the database activity Presets tab, click on 'Image Gallery' preset's radio button, and click on 'Use this preset' button.

Go to 'Presets' tab and go to Actions > Import preset

Upload the attached preset.zip file

On Mapping fields page, click on Continue button.

Confirm you could see a message similar to 'The preset has been successfully applied.'

Confirm you could see a 'Continue' button.

we forgot to remove the close div that we are not opening since ~~MDL-75188~~ has landed.
