Refactor and review the recording table

The recording table layout is getting "old" and would benefit from a more modern layout at least in 4.0 and 4.1.

Few thoughts:

• Remove the YUI implementation:
  • Use the dynamic table implementation from Moodle 
  • Use another external library
• Allow different things that are not currently really well managed:
  • Column sorting
  • Filtering
  • Pagination
• Modernise the Look and feel
